Frequently asked questions
Do I need programming knowledge for workflows?
No. The builder is visual, drag-and-drop. Complex conditions (formulas, API calls) are supported in advanced mode for IT administrators.
How many workflows can I create?
In the Pro plan up to 10 active workflows; Enterprise is unlimited. Starting with the most common ones (approvals, deadline reminders) and expanding gradually is recommended.
Does Workflows support Zapier or n8n?
Entexia has its own workflow engine. For integration with external systems, the API module is available with a Zapier and n8n connector.
