Is your company ready for the future?
In under 2 minutes, find out where your company loses time - and where the opportunity for growth is.
Eight areas where companies lose time
Each area is one question with ready made answers. There are no free text fields and nothing to write: you pick whichever statement holds best.
E-invoices and VAT
Whether an invoice is created in the system and leaves on its own, or someone retypes it every month and files the return by hand.
Stock and sales
Whether the system states stock the moment a customer asks, or it is counted in the warehouse and guessed from a spreadsheet.
Visibility online and in AI
Whether a buyer finds you when they are not searching for your name, and whether a language model lists you among the providers at all.
Customers and quotes
Whether a customer's history stays with the company when a colleague leaves, or walks out with their phone and mailbox.
Reporting and administration
Whether the number on the business is available today, or has to be assembled each time from several spreadsheets and mail threads.
HR records
Whether leave, attendance and contracts sit in one place, or live in a calendar, on paper and in one person's head.
Customer support
Whether every customer request has its own trail and deadline, or replies go out from personal mailboxes with no shared view.
Internal communication
Whether an agreement is written where someone who was not there can also find it, or stays inside a private chat.
Six of the eight questions offer the answer that this does not exist at your company at all. Such an area drops out of the calculation and does not lower the score, because a company cannot be marked down for something it does not have.
Nothing here is a judgement call, all of it is division
The score is the ratio between the points collected and the points available, expressed as a percentage. Because non existent areas drop from both sides, a company with five areas is measured just as fairly as one with eight.
Example: five scored areas mean at most 10 points. Seven points collected is 70 per cent.
Critical
The company stands on manual work and risk.
Weak
Several areas need sorting out right away.
Solid
The base holds, a few areas still leak.
Excellent
The company is ready to grow.
Beyond the score you get a breakdown by area: for every area with 0 or 1 point it states what you are risking and what the first step is to end it.
Four profiles, because the questions differ
The first step is the size. A sole trader with no employees is not asked about HR records or internal communication, because neither exists for them; six questions remain.
Sole trader
Micro team
Small company
Medium or larger
Size does not affect the score. It affects which questions you see, and the starting number of users in the calculator, which you can move at once.
What manual work costs you per month
The calculator opens together with the result. All three values are set by you and the calculation hides no assumption; both formulas it uses are written out below.
Manual work
52/12 is the average number of weeks in a month. Without it, four weeks would shorten the month by a good day a year.
Entexia subscription
Hosting is billed on actual usage, at least 1 GB. The calculator uses that lowest amount.
Price bands per user
The band follows the total number of users and applies to every user in the subscription. The calculation is indicative and rests solely on the numbers you enter yourself.
The result on screen right away and by e-mail
Score and tier
A readiness percentage, a tier from critical to excellent and the first move that fits that tier.
Radar and bars
The radar shows the shape of the company across every scored area; the bars show each area on its own, in points from 0 to 2.
Risk and first step
For every area with 0 or 1 point it states what you are risking and, separately, what the first concrete step is.
Cost calculator
Three sliders: number of users, hours of manual work per week and hourly rate. The difference recalculates as you move them, yearly figure included.
Analysis by e-mail
We send the analysis to the e-mail address you entered, so it stays with you after you close the tab.
No payment, no account
The questionnaire asks for no payment details and opens no user account. We process the data to prepare the analysis and a possible offer, which you confirm before submitting.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the questionnaire take?
Eight questions with ready made answers, preceded by a choice of company size. A sole trader with no employees gets six questions, because HR records and internal communication do not exist for them. In practice it is a few minutes, because there is nothing to write.
How is the percentage score produced?
Every scored area yields 0, 1 or 2 points. The percentage is the sum of the points collected, divided by twice the number of scored areas. Six of the eight questions offer the answer that the area does not exist at your company; such an area counts in neither the numerator nor the denominator, so it does not lower the score.
What do the four tiers mean?
Below 35 per cent the result is critical, below 60 per cent weak, below 80 per cent solid, and 80 per cent or more is excellent. The boundaries are the same for every company, because what is compared is the share of areas in order, not an absolute number of points.
Why does the questionnaire ask for company size first?
Size decides which questions make sense at all and sets the starting number of users in the calculator. It does not affect the score itself, because every company is divided by its own number of scored areas.
How does the manual work calculator compute?
The monthly cost of manual work is hours per week times 52/12 weeks per month times the hourly rate you enter yourself. The subscription is the number of users times the price of the band you fall into, plus at least 1 GB of hosting at 0.85 EUR. All three values are set by you; the calculation contains no estimate or assumption by Entexia.
What are the price bands?
For one user 22.00 EUR per month, for 2 to 5 users 18.00 EUR, for 6 to 10 users 13.00 EUR, for 11 to 50 users 10.00 EUR and above 50 users 7.50 EUR per user per month. The band follows the total number of users.
What happens to my data?
Entexia processes the data from the form to prepare the analysis and a possible business offer, which you confirm with a checkbox before submitting. The analysis arrives at the e-mail address you entered. The questionnaire asks for no payment details and opens no account.
Is the questionnaire really free?
Yes. The questionnaire, the score, the breakdown by area and the calculator are free and require no subscription.
The score is free, the time you are losing is not
Eight questions, four tiers, a breakdown by area and a calculator. No payment details and no account to open.
