Does the module support e-learning content (SCORM)?
Yes. Import SCORM 1.2 and 2004 packages from external providers (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy for Business, custom packages). Progress is tracked and shown in the dashboard.
How does ZVZD-1 requirement tracking work?
For each position, set mandatory trainings and renewal interval (1 year, 2 years...). Entexia automatically reminds HR and the employee before expiry.
Does the module support multi-location companies?
Yes. Trainings are segmented by location or team. Manager sees only their team, HR sees the whole company. Admin sets the access hierarchy.
How are certificates stored and are they digitally signed?
Certificates are generated as PDF and automatically stored in the personnel file. For digital signature, Dropbox Sign integration is required (available on Pro plan).
Is it possible to set up knowledge verification quizzes?
Basic quizzes (yes/no, multiple choice) are included. Advanced adaptive learning and branching scenarios are on the roadmap for H1 2026.
How does external training (paid conference) show up in cost analysis?
Each external training has a cost field. The Finance module shows total training cost by department and employee. No manual retyping.
