Does the HR module support e-signing of contracts?
Yes. Entexia integrates with Dropbox Sign (Hellosign) for electronic signing of contracts and annexes. The employee signs via browser or mobile — no printing.
How is personal data security handled (GDPR)?
Access to personnel files is restricted to the HR role and the individual employee (own file). Every access is recorded in an audit trail. Data is in the EU (Frankfurt), encrypted AES-256.
When does the org chart update?
Automatically on every change of position, manager, or employee status. No manual org chart editing — always reflects the current state.
Does the module track legal deadlines (safety training, certificates)?
Yes. For each file, set expiry dates (equipment certificate, safety training, medical check). Entexia sends a reminder 30 and 7 days before expiry.
Does HR support employees in multiple countries?
Yes. The HR module is localised for SI, HR, and 36 other countries — different contracts, different employer obligations, different medical check requirements.
How does HR connect to Payroll?
A new contract or change in HR automatically transfers to the Payroll module — no manual entry. A salary change takes effect in the next payroll run.
