Frequently asked questions

Who can see reviews — employee or manager only?
You decide: manager-only, mutual, or 360°. The employee sees their review only after the manager confirms it.
How are goals linked to compensation?
Review results are visible in the Payroll module — the finance lead references them for bonuses. Entexia displays but does not auto-calculate bonuses.
Does the module support annual appraisals?
Yes — the annual appraisal template is built-in, deadlines are configurable, and the archive is immutable.
