Does the module support eSTO site diary per ZGO-1?
Yes, eSTO compatible format is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. Currently the site diary is private — but allows PDF export for archiving or inspection submission.
How is the module adapted for structural construction vs. installation companies?
The module is generic — phases, tasks, materials, and subcontractors are configurable. Installers typically add phases: design, procurement, installation, commissioning, warranty. Each project has its own template.
Is it possible to track subcontractor warranty deadlines?
Yes. Each subcontractor has contract date, amount, and warranty period. 30 days before warranty expiry → reminder to project manager.
How does billing by construction valuations work?
Create a valuation from the plan (% of work by phases), add a recapitulation, and generate an invoice or proforma. Enterprise plan: e-invoice integration and VAT 9.5% (construction services).
Is the module suitable for a small construction company with 8 employees?
