Frequently asked questions

Does the News module replace the email newsletter?
Yes, for internal communication. Entexia News is more visible than email (no inbox loss), has read confirmation and reactions. For clients and partners, we still recommend a dedicated email tool.
Who can publish news?
Admin sets roles: Admin, Editor (can publish in their department), Moderator (approves posts), Reader. Default: only HR and Management.
Are notifications sent by email if the employee is not logged in?
Yes. Each new post triggers an email notification to employees in the target group. Admin sets frequency (immediate, daily digest, weekly digest).
Does the module support media (images, videos, files)?
Yes. Each post supports images, GIFs, videos (YouTube, Vimeo embed), and attachments up to 50 MB. Gallery in the feed.
How does News work on the mobile app?
News is one of the modules in the Entexia mobile app. Push notification on post. Reading and reactions without logging in via browser.
Is there a scheduled post option?
Yes. An editor prepares a post and sets the date/time of publication. The notification goes to employees at exactly the set time.
