Does the Kudos module replace the annual review?
It doesn't replace but complements it. Kudos give a continuous signal on mood and engagement. The annual review is a structured assessment — in Entexia it's part of the HR module.
How do you prevent praise from becoming a formality?
Praise requires linking to a value and at least a 20-character comment. Analytics show patterns (everyone praises only the boss, same person every week) — manager sees anomalies.
Are points and rewards integrated with payroll?
Gift voucher rewards are automatically added to payroll (taxed as a benefit). Extra leave syncs with the Leaves module.
Can employees see how many points others have?
Points are private (visible only to the individual and HR). Only the Top 3 leaderboard is public. Admin sets whether the leaderboard shows to everyone or management only.
How does the module look on mobile?
The Kudos module is optimized for mobile devices. Employees can praise a colleague during lunch or after a meeting — directly from their phone. Feed is in real time.
Is there a limit to praises per day?
Default 3 praises per employee per week (prevents inflation). Admin can adjust or remove the limit. The recipient has no limit.
