Does the module support external participants (clients, partners)?
Yes. Create a public registration with a URL for clients or partners. They don't need an Entexia account. The organizer sees both lists (internal + external).
How does room booking work without double bookings?
Each room is a resource with a calendar. The system blocks the slot on confirmation. If the slot is taken, it offers the next available. No double bookings.
Is it possible to charge for attendance (paid seminar)?
Yes. For a paid event, set a price. Entexia generates an invoice, payment through the Finance module, attendance confirmation only after payment confirmation.
Does the module support in-person and virtual attendance (hybrid meetings)?
Yes. Each participant marks attendance: In-person or Online. Organizer sees separate lists. Zoom/Teams link added for virtual attendees.
How are external client participant data protected?
External participants enter only name, email, and company. No storage of credit cards or personal data beyond what they enter themselves.
Is it possible to export the participant list?
Yes. Export CSV or PDF with names, emails, RSVP status, and registration date. Suitable for CPE point confirmation (certificates).
