Everything the inspectorate requires — automatic

Mobile clock-in with GPS

Employee clocks in from mobile. System records location, time, and device. No falsifying attendance records.

Breaks and overtime automatic

Entexia automatically calculates breaks per Labor Act (30 min at 8h+). Overtime accumulates per contract rules and legislation.

Reports for labor inspectorate

Monthly working-hours report in the format required by the labor inspectorate (IRSD for SI, HZMO for HR).

Location geofencing

Define allowed radius (office, construction site, warehouse). Clock-in outside the radius triggers a manager alert.

Working-hours analytics

Who works overtime? Who comes in late? View by employee, department, location. Export to Excel or PDF.

Integration with Payroll and Leaves

Hours from Timeclock go automatically into payroll. Approved absences are deducted from working hours without manual entry.

Frequently asked questions

Does an employee need a special device to clock in?
No. Entexia Timeclock works on any smartphone (iOS, Android) and browser. Optional: desktop terminal or NFC badge for office environments.
What happens if an employee forgets to clock out?
The system automatically closes the shift after a configured maximum hours (e.g. 10h). The manager receives an alert and can correct the record.
Is Entexia Timeclock compliant with ZDR-1 (working-hours records)?
Yes. Entexia keeps records per ZDR-1 Art. 141: date, start, end, total hours, breaks, overtime. The report is in the required format for IRSD inspection.
How does GPS work — is it always active?
GPS is recorded only at clock-in and clock-out (not during the shift). For geofencing, the location is compared to the configured office radius. Employees are not tracked throughout the day.
Are working hours automatically transferred to Payroll?
Yes. At the end of the payroll period, hours from Timeclock are automatically transferred to the Payroll module. Overtime, night work, and holidays are applied per contract rules.
Does the module support shifts and flexible working hours?
Yes. Entexia supports fixed hours, shift work, flexible hours (core hours), and field work. Each employment type has its own rule for hours calculation.
