Frequently asked questions

Is Entexia POS certified with FURS?
Yes. Entexia POS is certified for fiscal receipt confirmation (ZOI + EOR) pursuant to the Tax Cash Register Act (ZDavPR). Every receipt gets a QR code and EOR verifiable on the FURS portal.
How does POS work without internet?
The register stores transactions locally and syncs when internet is available. Tax confirmation is applied retroactively for the downtime period. The law allows a 48-hour delay on confirmation during technical difficulties.
Does POS support different VAT rates?
Yes. Entexia POS supports all VAT rates (22%, 9.5%, 0%) and noVat for non-payers. Each catalog item has a tax class — VAT is calculated automatically at sale.
How many registers and locations can I manage?
No limit. Each register has its own EOR prefix. Centralized catalog and price lists apply to all locations — a price change appears everywhere simultaneously.
Does POS work on a tablet?
Yes. Entexia POS runs in the browser on any device — iPad, Android tablet, Windows tablet, or desktop. No installation, no per-device license.
What about inspection control?
Entexia stores all tax-confirmed receipts immutably. During inspection you show the digital archive — the QR code on every receipt confirms authenticity with FURS. No paper copies needed.
