Is Entexia Health suitable for a private practice with 2 doctors?
Yes. It's designed precisely for such practices — from 1 to 20 doctors. Each doctor has their own schedule, records, and billing.
How is medical data handled regarding GDPR?
Medical data is categorized as a special category under GDPR Article 9. Entexia acts as a processor — the doctor is the controller. Data is E2E encrypted, access only with authorization.
Does the system support prescriptions and referrals?
Prescriptions and referrals can be documented in the records, but there's no eRp or Medical Chamber integration (this requires eBIS/e-health accreditation). Currently suitable for private practices without insurance contracts.
Can patients book themselves without calling?
Yes. Patient goes to your website (or Entexia widget), selects doctor, date, and time. They receive SMS confirmation. Booking unavailable when schedule is full.
Is it possible to import existing records?
Yes. CSV import with fields: first name, last name, date of birth, diagnosis, medications, allergies. For larger imports (scanned PDFs) we offer paid migration.
What's the difference between Entexia Health and a general ERP module?
Entexia Health has healthcare-specific features: ICD-10 coding, SOAP notes, voice-to-text, insurance codes, patient consent. The general ERP module has only scheduling.
