Who configures which notification goes to whom?
The administrator sets default rules per role. Each employee can further personalise — e.g., switch to daily digest instead of push.
Does it support Slack or Teams?
The notifications module delivers via email and push (browser + mobile app). Slack/Teams integration is on the roadmap — for now there's a webhook mechanism via the Workflows module.
What happens if I miss a notification?
All unread notifications remain in the Entexia notification centre with their timestamp. Deletion is manual — Entexia does not auto-delete.
