Frequently asked questions
Why does an e-commerce store need an ERP?
When an e-commerce store outgrows Excel, problems appear: an order arrives but stock isn't synchronised, invoices don't issue automatically, shipping takes too long. An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) for e-commerce connects Shopify or WooCommerce with stock, invoicing and shipping in one system. When a customer orders, WMS gets a packing list, the Finance module prepares an invoice and the courier receives a request — automatically.
Which platforms does Entexia ERP connect to?
Entexia connects to WooCommerce (WordPress) and Shopify via webhook integration. Orders are imported automatically when created or changed. Stock synchronises in both directions — when WMS writes off goods, stock updates in the web shop. For platforms not on the list, a REST API is available for custom integration.
How does Entexia handle fiscalisation for online sales?
For cash or card payments on delivery (pay the courier), Entexia automatically obtains the EOR from FURS. For prepaid orders (credit card or bank transfer), a regular invoice is issued without fiscalisation. The system automatically detects the payment method and applies the correct procedure.
Does Entexia support B2B and B2C online sales?
Yes. Entexia Finance module supports both B2C (natural persons, with VAT) and B2B (companies, with the option of reverse charge for EU sales). For B2B online sales, Entexia verifies the customer's tax ID and automatically applies the correct tax scheme (domestic VAT, reverse charge for EU, export for third countries).
How much does e-commerce ERP cost?
Entexia ERP for e-commerce costs 13 €/user/month on an annual plan — includes WMS, Finance, CRM and HR modules. No separate WooCommerce or Shopify integration licence. Free trial for 7 days.
How does Entexia help manage e-commerce stock?
Entexia WMS tracks stock in real time by location (shelves, sections). When an order arrives from Shopify, WMS automatically prepares a picking list with exact item locations. After despatch, stock automatically decreases and updates in the web shop — no manual synchronisation.
