Get your personal code
Every user in the ERP has their own personal code (not just admins). Click 🎁 Referral in the sidebar.
Share with friends
Send the code to anyone — a company, a colleague, a partner. Each new tenant can enter the code at registration.
Earn on EVERY payment, not just the first
Every time your referred customer signs or renews a subscription, you get a 3% commission. Lifetime, no limits.
Withdraw earnings (cash, not coupons)
Once your balance reaches €10, request a payout: bank transfer, PayPal, or a credit applied to your own subscription.

Three payout options
Once your balance reaches €10, request a payout by any method.
Bank transfer
IBAN + account holder name. Paid via SEPA, usually within 1–3 business days after approval.
PayPal
PayPal email address. Usually paid the same day after approval.
Credit on your subscription
The amount is applied as a credit on your tenant's next SaaS invoice. No bank details needed.

How much commission do I get and for how long?▾
3% of every paid subscription from your referred tenant. LIFETIME — as long as the customer pays, you earn. No cap on the number of referrals.
When is the commission credited?▾
Every time the referred tenant signs or renews. Not just the first month — every billing cycle counts. Commission goes to 'pending' first (30-day refund window), then moves to 'available'.
How do I withdraw earned money?▾
In the ERP, click 🎁 Referral → 'Payout' tab. Choose a method (bank transfer, PayPal, or credit toward your own subscription), enter your details, and submit. An admin processes it within 1–3 business days.
Is this limited to admins or can any employee join?▾
Every ERP user has their own personal code. Whenever anyone in the company brings in a customer, the commission belongs to them personally (not the company).
How do I share my code?▾
In the ERP (app.entexia.com) → 🎁 Referral in the sidebar. The modal gives you the code, URL, and share buttons for email/LinkedIn/WhatsApp.
Is the commission taxable?▾
Yes. Received commissions are income you must report in your tax return. Before payout, the widget asks you to confirm this obligation.
