What is an invoicing program?
An invoicing program is software that lets a business create, send and archive invoices. A modern program also handles automatic tax confirmation with the tax authority (fiscalisation), generates e-invoices in structured formats (e-SLOG, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung), and maintains the issued invoice register. Entexia covers all these tasks in one Finance module.
Does Entexia automatically confirm invoices with FURS?
Yes. Entexia submits every B2C invoice to FURS and receives the EOR (unique invoice identifier) and ZOI (issuer protection mark) in under one second. Both printed and digital invoices include a QR code for verification. For businesses not VAT registered (e.g. flat-rate sole traders), POS fiscalisation remains mandatory regardless of VAT status.
How much does Entexia invoicing cost?
The Entexia Finance module costs 13 € per user per month on an annual plan. The price includes unlimited invoices, FURS fiscalisation, UJP e-invoicing, archive and exports. No hidden fees. A free trial is available for 7 days.
Does Entexia work for sole traders and flat-rate taxpayers?
Yes. Entexia has a dedicated flat-rate mode: it automatically tracks the 150,000 € revenue limit and alerts at 120,000 €, 140,000 € and 148,000 €. The POS is fiscalised with FURS and invoices include all mandatory fields (registration number, tax ID, IBAN, the DDMMLLLL stamp). Income tax is not auto-calculated — that is the accountant's job.
What is the difference between Entexia and Minimax for invoicing?
Minimax is an accounting program with a mature Finance module. Entexia is a business system that, in addition to Finance, includes CRM, HR, WMS, POS and AI agents in one login. If you only need invoicing and an accounting package is sufficient, Minimax is a good choice. Does Entexia support e-invoices for the public sector (UJP)?
