AI Visibility Service Terms of Use

1. Provider and subject matter

The service is provided by Iteca, Tomaž Ornik s.p., Slovenia.

The service measures how often language models mention you in answers to queries from your industry, and checks the technical preconditions for those models to be able to read you at all. The outcome is a score from 0 to 100 and a report with findings.

2. The free analysis and its limits

These limits are a technical safeguard against serial use, not a promise of availability. The free analysis may be changed or discontinued at any time.

• ·One free analysis per registrable domain in 30 days.
• ·At most 3 different domains per day from the same IP address.
• ·At most 3 messages to the same e-mail address per day.
• ·At most 5 different domains per e-mail address in 30 days.
• ·The confirmation link in the e-mail is valid for 24 hours; after that the analysis has to be requested again.

3. The paid analysis

The paid analysis is a one-off purchase for a single domain. Scope, the applicable amount and the payment method are stated in the purchase step before you confirm payment.

After payment the analysis starts automatically. The report and earlier analyses are available in the customer portal.

4. The result is a snapshot

Language model answers are not deterministic: the same model can answer the same query differently a few minutes later. The result of an analysis is therefore a measurement at the moment it ran, with the models and the query set that applied then.

Every analysis carries a version label for the scoring formula. When weights change, scores from different versions are not compared directly.

Repeating the analysis later can produce a different score even if nothing changed on your site.

5. No guarantee of placement

We do not promise that the score will rise, that any model will mention you, or that you will reach any particular position in any AI tool.

We have no influence over the model providers, their updates or their answers. The recommendations in the report are actions, not promises of an outcome.

6. What is measured and where the measurement ends

• ·We measure with models from three providers: Anthropic, OpenAI and Google.
• ·We read only publicly reachable pages of the analysed domain and its www subdomain.
• ·If the home page cannot be read, the query set is built from the industry you enter yourself. This is stated in the report.
• ·The measurement does not cover closed parts of a site, content behind a sign-in, or pages outside the analysed domain.

7. Your obligations

In case of breach we may refuse or stop the analysis.

• ·You may analyse a domain that is yours or for which you have the owner's permission.
• ·You may enter only an e-mail address you have access to.
• ·Circumventing the limits, submitting the form automatically and using disposable e-mail addresses are not permitted.

8. Refunds

We refund the amount paid for an analysis if the analysis was technically not feasible for your domain, for example if the site could not be read and the measurement therefore did not run, or if the report was not delivered.

Send a refund request to support@entexia.com stating the domain and the date of purchase. The refund goes back the same way the payment came in.

Every refund is recorded on the payment together with the time of the refund, so the refund trail is verifiable.

Disagreement with the measured outcome is not in itself a reason for a refund. A low score can be a correct measurement.

Under European Union law a consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because the analysis starts immediately after payment, by confirming the purchase you expressly request performance before that period ends; once the analysis has run, the right of withdrawal is extinguished. This does not apply to legal entities or to sole traders acting within their business activity.

9. Availability

No service level agreement applies to this service. The analysis runs in a queue and can take longer when the load is higher.

Maintenance work and outages at the model providers can delay it.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the result, in particular for decisions taken without verifying the findings.

Total liability for a single analysis does not exceed the amount you paid for that analysis. For a free analysis there is no such amount.

11. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the effective date and the version label at the top of the document are updated. An analysis that has already run is governed by the terms that applied at the time of purchase.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
